The underground cavern is an area of the Island in Resident Evil 4.

The huge door to the far end leads to the container room.
Guide[]
Under the staircase at the beginning of this area an Emerald and Green herb can be found. A merchant and typewriter are located not far from the huge door to the container room where a Luis note will also present, along with a Red herb behind the metal door.
