Kenneth J. Sullivan was a S.T.A.R.S. officer killed during the Mansion Incident.

A highly talented S.T.A.R.S. officer, Albert Wesker had him transferred to Raccoon City as part of his undercover preparations for dealing with the Mansion Incident. Kenneth was singled out for his fine chemistry skills, which Wesker hoped would put to good use with sterilizing anything being taken out of the mansion.[1]
He was killed on July 24, 1998, during the S.T.A.R.S. investigation. Mere minutes after Alpha Team's arrival at the mansion, he was found dead. A zombie had attacked him, tearing a hole in his head before moving down to eat his digestive organs.[2]
