The "dissolving human", as it appears in the biohazard archives.
The Dissolving human (溶解人間 Yōkai ningen) was an enemy design that was scrapped in the concept-art phase. The creature was intended to fall apart into a liquid form after each successive hit from gunfire.[1]

Its name is given in the BradyGames localization of the biohazard archives as "Melting Human", instead.
