This area is composed of many parked police cars scattered around the parking lot.
*Note: There is a shutter in this area, it is likely that this shutter lead to the Parking Ramp of the Underground Parking Lot.

There are three zombies shambling around this parking lot. A key is required to enter the storage shed. The key can be found inside the guard house.
