The file can be found in the Conductor's room on the floor next to the desk.

The keycard for the Driver's Compartment is in my bag as always.
But I needed the other guy's key too, to open the damn thing.
It looks like I've lost it somewhere.
If it was a normal key, someone would be sure to turn it in, but it is different...
I'll look for it too, but if you happen to find it, please hand it in.

車掌のメモ
運転室に通じるカードキーは、例のカバンに入れて保管してある。
そう、私ともう一人が持っているカギがないと開かないという、いまいましいアレだ。
だが困った事に、私はそのカギをどこかで落としてしまったらしい。
普通のカギであれば、すぐに誰かが届けてくれそうだが、
あれはモノがモノだけに不安でしかたない。
私も探すが、もし先に見つけたら相棒にでも渡しておいてくれ。
よろしく頼む。
