Op Instructions, also known as Operation Instructions, is a file in Resident Evil 2. It is one of the EX Files exclusive to the Nintendo 64 version of the game.
Location[]
The file is located in an alcove at the back of the sewer passage, near the ventilation shaft. There are two deceased U.S.S. agents, the one on the left carrying the file. This file is only present in the "B" scenario.
Some Flame Rounds or a Small Key can be found on the agent carrying the file, but they do not need to be picked up. The file is found in his hand, next to him on the right.

Orders for Special Agent Hunk are as follows:
Penetrate Umbrella research facility located outside of raccoon city.
Recover G-virus sample from Dr. William Birkin.
You are authorized to use any means necessary to secure this sample.
Upon recovery, sample is to be delivered to Loire Village. Failure on this mission is not an option.
