Umbrella sent this creature on board a luxurious passenger ship in search of Lucia, who was impregnated by the B.O.W. Parasite, which Umbrella desired.

This B.O.W. was encountered by Barry Burton; Leon S. Kennedy and Lucia on the Starlight.

Biology

Physically resembling a T-103, the "B.O.W." (so mentioned in the game dialogue) possessed tentacles around its stomach, which could shoot out of the creature's body when preparing to attack.
