"Carlos cures Jill"[note 1] is a cutscene in Resident Evil 3: Nemesis. This cutscene will play when Carlos returns to Jill in the Chapel with the Vaccine. An alternate cutscene will play if Carlos did not defeat Nemesis.

(Screen turns black and then back)
Carlos: "I barely made it... How do you feel?"
Jill: "I'm okay. What happened to you?"
Carlos: "I just fought with that monster. Uh, I got some bad news. Nikolai is still alive."
Jill: "But I thought he was dead?!"
Carlos: "Huh, that guy doesn't know the meaning of the word "dead"."
Jill: "What is he after?"
Carlos: "I don't know. All I know is that he is our enemy.
I'm sorry, Jill, but there's something I gotta take care of. I promise I'll meet up with you later. But don't worry."
Carlos: "なんとか間に合ったな 気分はどうだ？"
Jill: "ええ 大丈夫…いまの状況は？"
Carlos: "あの黒服の怪物とやり合ったばかりだよ
それよりジル ニコライが生きてるぜ"
Jill: "どういうこと？彼は死んだはずよ"
Carlos: "そう簡単に死んだりしねぇ
どんな戦場でも生きて帰った男だ"
Jill: "彼の目的は…？"
Carlos: "監視員とかいうスパイ野郎だ
俺達観察される側にとっては敵さ
悪いが俺は一人で調べたい事がある
心配するな 後で必ず合流する"

Carlos: "Hey, are you okay?"
Jill: "Yes...barely. What's going on?"
Carlos: "No way! That monster just doesn't give up!"
Jill: "What!? I thought we killed that thing!"
Carlos: "No. It's been waiting for you!"
Jill: "He's playing on us. Carlos, do you think it's unstoppable?"
Carlos: "No...I don't think so. I'm sorry, Jill, but I gotta go take care of of few things. Oh, and...bad news. Nikolai is still alive."
Jill: "Nikolai? Are you sure?"
Carlos: "Yes. I don't know how, but I do know that he is our enemy. Remember, don't trust him!"
Carlos: "おい 大丈夫か!?"
Jill: "ええ なんとかね…いまの状況は？"
Carlos: "くそ あの黒服の怪物だ
あいつはお前をあきらめちゃいねぇ！"
Jill: "どういうこと？あれは死んだはずよ？"
Carlos: "俺も信じられねぇ…
だが待ち伏せしてやがったんだ！"
Jill: "私達をもてあそんでるみたいね…
あいつ不死身なの!?"
Carlos: "いや そうでもねぇようだったぜ
しかし恐ろしくタフな奴さ
すまねぇがひとりで調べたい事がある
ニコライが生きてやがったんだ"
Jill: "ニコライが!?"
Carlos: "詳しくはいえねぇがあいつは敵だよ
俺が合流するまで気を許すなよ"
