"Meeting Carlos"[note 1] is a cutscene in Resident Evil 3: Nemesis. First two cutscene can play when Jill opens the manhole in the restaurant and haven't already met Carlos inside The Raccoon Press. One of the choice on the live selection is "Hide inside the kitchen". The other is "Run into the basement".
The other two cutscenes can play when Jill goes first to the The Raccoon Press office and meets Carlos there. The choices of the live selection are: "Jump out of the window" and "Hide in the back".

Jill: "Hey!"
Carlos "Where.. Where am I?"
Jill: "Relax. You're fine."
Carlos: "If you say so. But my head feels like it's about to explode. Anyway, name's Carlos. Glad to meet you lady."
Jill: "Jill. Alpha Team. R.P.D.'s S.T.A.R.S. unit. Who do you represent?"
Carlos: "*whistle* S.T.A.R.S., I see. Well, I'm a member of the Biohazard Countermeasure force sent by Umbrella incorporated."
Jill: "Sent by Umbrella?"
Carlos: "Hey! Don't look at me like that, what did I say? Do you have a problem?"
Nemesis-T Type: (Roar)
Jill: "Oh no.. It's him!"

Jill: "C'mon!"
Carlos: "Aw! That killed! Just so you know, I'm not into that pain is pleasure thing, okay?"
Jill: "Just deal with it. That thing wants me dead, we've gotta get out of here!"

Jill: Jill. Did you just say you belong to Umbrella's army?
Carlos: Yeah. We came all the way out here to save you civilians but the mission went bad the minute we landed.
Nemesis-T Type: (Roar)
Jill: How did he find me?
- Hide inside the kitchen.
Jill: Over here.
Carlos: Are you crazy? You could have barbecued both of us!
- Run into the basement.
Jill: "This way!"
