Not Quite Down for the Count is a cutscene in Resident Evil: Operation Raccoon City. It plays midway through "I Now Know Why You Cry", the third mission of the Echo Six campaign.

Plot

Echo Six arrives to where Jill Valentine and Carlos Oliveira fought Nemesis-T Type. Jill is unconscious and Echo Six squad covers the escape to the safety place for survivors, while Nemesis wakes and continue to pursue hurt Jill.
