First Encounter[note 1] is a cutscene in the first half of "Into the Depths", the first episode of Resident Evil: Revelations.
Plot[]
As Parker open the door, Jill examines the dead body with Genesis. She spot a gun and then pick it up. As disgusting and horrifying to Parker, it was revealed to be a person who was holding a gun but his hand is not actually Chris' as she knew. The mysterious Ooze appears and encounter them as they saw.

Jill Valentine: "I got something."
"I think it's a gun."
Parker Luciani: "Now what?"
Jill: "Give me a sec."
"So it's not Chris."
