Resident Evil Zero[]
Rebecca is played along with Billy Coen throughout Resident Evil 0. Players will begin the game as her equipped with a handgun, a mixing kit that can be used to store various chemicals and six inventory spaces. Rebecca has less health and is not as strong as her partner, Billy, is and, as such, cannot push heavy objects. Rebecca also does not start with a knife however, she is the only one capable of mixing herbs. Rebecca fires firearms at a slower rate than Billy and steps back from the recoil of larger weapons where as Billy does not.

Leech Hunter[]
Rebecca is a playable character alongside Billy in the extra mini-game Leech Hunter. She can only collect green leeches. On Gamecube and Wii versions, players have the option to select Rebecca's outfits, being that she has same two alternate costumes seen in original game.
Resident Evil (1996)[]
Rebecca is played briefly in original Resident Evil, if Chris Redfield is poisoned by the Yawn during combat. Her mission is to find the Serum and administer it to him. Alternatively, if Chris decided to let Rebecca follow his trail, she will is played again in order to make V-jolt to weaken Plant 42. When played, Rebecca has a handgun, bullets, and a First Aid Spray. She cannot pick any item aside from what is necessary for her to proceed, healing herbs and Handgun Clips (this mechanic is to prevent her from taking important key items that Chris need to progress later). Rebecca also cannot leave the dormitory either.
Originally, Rebecca didn't have any alternate costumes, however, in Director's Cut version, she got a new outfit:
Resident Evil (2002)[]
Rebecca returns as a playable character briefly in the remake of the Resident Evil game. Her assignments and gameplay are the same as the original game, she will be playable to give Chris the Serum if the player saves Richard Aiken or to make the V-Jolt for Plant 42 if the player failed to save Richard. . She also has a new alternate costume and as in Director's Cut version, its is only available in the Chris' segment:
Resident Evil: Deadly Silence[]
Rebecca returns again as a playable character briefly in the Resident Evil: Deadly Silence. Her assignments and functions are the same as in the original game and just like in Director's Cut version, she has a new alternate costume that also is only available in the Chris' segment:
Rebecca also is playable in "Multiplayer" mode. To unlock her, complete the game in Rebirth mode playing as Chris.
Resident Evil: The Umbrella Chronicles[]
Rebecca is a playable character in two scenarios: "Train Derailment" and "Nightmare". Her handgun is the Samurai Edge 2, however, on the select equipment screen, the Submachine Gun will be defaultly selected for her for the "Train Derailment" stages while the Submachine Gun HP will be defaulty selected for her during the "Nightmare" stages. Her melee attack involves her first simply pushing the zombie off then throwing a grenade that explodes on contact at the zombie.
Resident Evil 5[]
Rebecca is a unlockable character in The Mercenaries Reunion while in the United version, she is playable from the beginning. Her updated character model has the same outfit from Resident Evil 0, however, was modified with some details.
Rebecca's Flame Spray and Double Flame Spray (when paired with Chris or Excella) are very powerful, able to kill most normal Majini instantly and hit multiple enemies at once. However, her other melees are very weak; notably both of her attacks on enemies hit in the leg, which on other characters are their most powerful. Head Cracker has a decent chance to be a critical hit, but is unreliable and doesn't have the power and utility of other characters' rear leg melees. Jump Hit is also very weak, especially against Majini carrying shields, which leaves her at a high disadvantage to most other characters who can melee shield wielders to death. She is also notable for her combo finisher Stun Gun, which boasts from being the strongest melee attack in the game, tied with Barry's Hurricane.
Rebecca is the only character that starts with two First Aid Sprays, as well as two full slots of Machine gun ammo and Shotgun shells, which makes her very self-sufficient, as well as a good support. Her Jail Breaker shotgun allows her to cover fire for her allies from a safe distance and is great for crowd control, as this shotgun has more range and spread bullets.
