Laughing Killer (ラフィングキラー Rafingu kirā) is a rejected enemy design for Resident Evil: The Darkside Chronicles.[1] As can be seen in concept art, the Laughing Killer had two anchors attached to its arms, replacing hands. It can be seen using them to hang from ceilings. The common theme in concept art is its wide grin.
Though not directly related, it is possible that it was an early concept which was replaced with Jabberwock S3 in the end, seeing how the Jabberwock has multiple limbs with anchor shaped sharp claws.
