The Separate Ways Chapter 2 Opening (tenative) is the opening cutscene to "Rescue Luis Sera", the second level of Resident Evil 4's "Separate Ways" sidestory.
Plot[]
Ada stands in Fr. Bitores Méndez's bedroom, reading Rodrigo's journal. She gets a call from Albert Wesker, ordering her to recover Luis Sera. He is to stay alive until they recover the sample.

Albert Wesker (on radio): "We have an irregularity. The researcher we planted has been discovered by the Illuminados."
Ada Wong: "You must be talking about that vaguely Spaniard... So where is he now?"
Wesker (on radio): "He is held captive in an abandoned house located in the north-east of the village. Until he recovers the sample, we can't let him die."
Ada: "You don't need to remind me. Luis Sera... And I thought I was high maintenance."
Albert Wesker (on radio): 「面倒なことになった」
「我々が利用していた研究員のことが教団側にばれたようだ」
Ada Wong: 「あの軽そうなラテン男の事ね…どこにいるの？」
Wesker (on radio): 「村の北東にある小屋に監禁されている」
「サンプルを回収するまではヤツを殺させるわけにはいかん」
Ada: 「わかってるわ」
「ルイス・セラ…世話の焼ける男ね」
