Steven Jay Blum (born April 29, 1960) is a popular voice actor in anime, cartoons and video games alike. His most notable roles include Spike Spiegel of Cowboy Bebop, Gene of Metal Gear Solid: Portable Ops, Shishio Makoto of the anime Rurouni Kenshin, TOM, the current announcer of the relaunched Toonami, Wolverine of the X-Men series, Orochimaru of the anime Naruto and Starscream in Transformers: Prime.
In the Resident Evil franchise, he did the voice of Greg Glenn in Resident Evil: Degeneration.
