Founder's Emblem (Oral) is an event item found in the "underbelly" scenario of Resident Evil Outbreak File #2.[1] In the Japanese version, it is known as Founder's emblem (older brother) (創始者のエンブレム・弟 Sōshi-sha no enburemu otōto).
Purpose[]
This item is placed within the gate separating the two train carriages to separate them.
Location[]
It is found in the South Raccoon Street Station's Platform after the train crash.
