The Grenade Launcher is a weapon available in Resident Evil Zero.
The Grenade Launcher is located in the Training school in the 2F fine arts storeroom. It takes up 2 spaces of inventory and is compatible with three different types of ammunition: Grenades, Napalm Grenades, and Acid Grenades. Billy can fire the weapon faster than Rebecca. Its ammunition is uncommon and usually provided to fight specific upcoming enemies. It can hold a maximum of 240 rounds of the same type (however its not actually possible to obtain that ammo).
All grenades are very powerful and each type is extra effective against certain enemies. Napalm Grenades work well against Leeches and Giant Spiders. Acid Grenades are work well against Hunter α and the Queen Leech.
In Leech Hunter, two Grenade Launchers can be found on both item patterns. One will be in the B2 dormitory A and will have 30 Napalm Grenades during the pattern with the Green and Blue herbs in the Hall or will have 30 Acid Grenades during the two Green Herb pattern. Another one will be in the Gas laboratory and will have a 1 Grenade during the Blue and Green Herb pattern or 2 Grenades during the two Green Herb pattern.
