Grill 13 was a restaurant in Raccoon City. The kitchen had several propane tanks leaking gas and the basement is flooded, due to a ruptured pipe. According to Marvin's Report, this restaurant was owned by a 42-year-old man. His name was not revealed. During the outbreak, the owner took shelter in the R.P.D. in the morning, but was shot to death minutes later after showing signs of t-Virus infection.
