Hand (左手 hidarite) is an item in Resident Evil 7: Biohazard. It is the left hand of Ethan that gets cut off by Mia. Later it is shown being reattached in a cutscene.

The Hand is not required to be picked up and is not used in any way.
LocationEdit
The Hand spawns in during a scripted event when first visiting the Guest House during the fight with Mia when she uses a chainsaw to cut it off. It will be on the floor next to the player.
