The Huge Plant possesses several attacks that, although doesn't deal heavy damage, can be a nuisance to the player, especially when The Axeman is after the player. Its attacks are :
Grab : Huge Plant's tentacles which lay close to the ground will grab the player's ankle, immobilizing them for a while until the player breaks free. The tentacles can be burned by using the grenade launcher, and is found almost everywhere in the abandoned hospital.
Snare : Huge Plant's tentacles which hang on the ceilings will snare the player if they are directly under the hanging tentacles, draining some health from the player if they're caught.
Poison Spray : Huge flower bulbs growing from the vines, also known as Evil Shades, will frequently spray yellow gas which will put the player in poisoned status. Gunfire can make the bulbs shrink, but will eventually regrown again. The bulbs can be destroyed completely by using the Axe, the Grenade Launcher with Flame Rounds or Green Chemical Bottles.
