The Imitation of a key (カギのイミテーション Kagi no imitēshon) is a key item in Resident Evil.
Purpose
The Imitation of a key is used in place of the Armor Key on an indentation, allowing the key to be taken without setting off a trap.
Location
The Imitation of a key has no fixed location, and instead appears in the player's inventory after correctly examining the Coin.
