Irina was a school teacher who lived in the Eastern Slav Republic.[1]
Biography[]
Irina and Alexander Kozachenko both found jobs as school teachers and eventually fell in love. Sometime after they were engaged to be married, the school she and Alexander worked at was attacked by government forces. With the belief that it was the home to rebel forces, the building was burned down and Irina was killed alongside some of the school children. It was this event that spurred Alexander, later known as Buddy, to join the resistance.
