Jack's Memo (ジャックのメモ Jakku no memo) is a file that can be obtained in the "Outbreak" scenario of Resident Evil Outbreak.
Location
Jack's Memo can be found in a draw in the owner's room. The player must complete a puzzle first, placing a wine bottle into a hole in a portrait.[1]
Transcript
To Cindy:
Please bring the package from Robert's store to my room. I'm having lots of dangerous customers lately so I asked him to fix-up my gun.
I've had enough! Those muscle bound punks have shown up almost every night for one week. Tonight, I'll threaten them with my gun and turn them away.
P.S.
There may be no space in my room for the package. If that's the case put it in the Drawing Room.

最近物騒な客が増えてきたから、銃のメンテナンスを頼んでおいたんだ。
ここ一週間ほど毎晩顔を出すあの大男たちには、こっちもそろそろ我慢の限界だ。
今夜にでも、銃で脅して追い返す。

もしかしたら私室には収納スペースがないかもしれない。
その時は旧応接室を使っていい。
