Jackson Cortlandt was a senior Umbrella executive, and one of the three heads of White Umbrella.
Biography
Jackson oversaw the aftermath of the Raccoon City incident, though was largely oblivious to its impacts. Trent noted that he mused about how the US military failed to use their larger tactical missiles, despite the need for smaller-scale nuclear weapons to avoid the fallout contaminating other towns.[1] In December of that year, Jackson spoke with Alfred Ashford over Claire Redfield, a Raccoon City survivor; when she was captured at Umbrella's HQ less than a week later, Alfred presumed Umbrella had tricked her into walking right to them.[2]
