The Jewelry Boxes are key items found in Resident Evil, exclusive to the 2002 remake and its variations.[1]
Purpose[]
There was a mask inside.
The first box contains one of the Death masks required to release the coffin in the Cemetery behind the hall. To unlock the box, you must press the two buttons which resemble a heart shape. One is on the box's front; the other is on the back. Inside, the Mask without eyes, nose, or mouth. is revealed.
The second jewelry box contains the Emblem Key, and is locked by a different puzzle: When the Red Gemstone is inserted into a hole on its front, several flat, metal pieces fall off the box, which must then be arranged in a hexagonal depression on the box's surface.
The final box is found in Lisa's lair, and contains the Stone Ring along with a photo of Lisa and her family. However, it has no locking mechanism.
Locations[]
The Jewelry Box location.
The box is located in the Armor room, placed inside a small depression on the second floor of Spencer Mansion. The armor puzzle must be solved in order for the Box to be obtained.
The second box can be found in the Costume room, on one of the shelves. However, it can only be unlocked with the Red Jewel.
The final box can be found in Lisa's lair in The Underground, on a table near Lisa's bed.
