普段はメスのクモの胎内に格納されているが、危険が迫った時は群れて敵に襲いかかる。
個々は成長途中にある為、ナイフで切りつける程度で死んでしまうが、群がる小クモの数が多ければ多いほど、無視できない脅威となる。
