Los Illuminados Monk (w/ hooded head and shield weapon) action figure is an action figure produced by NECA for their Resident Evil 4 line of toys and sold in May 2006.[1] The action figure is based on one of the many varieties of cultist. The box simply named the character "Los Illuminados Monks", as with all cultists.
