Molung (simplified Chinese: 魔龙; traditional Chinese: 魔龍; Yale: mōlùhng) was a dragon which inhabited the different space. Based on its name, it was associated with dark magic. Molung was one of the three patron saints of this realm, protecting the remains of an ancient civilisation capable of magical feats.
Biography[]
Some months after the Raccoon City incident, B.H.S.T. member Leon Scoot Kennedy, Baakdo and Microsoft entered the Different Space, a supernatural realm separate from the real world. Molung found the two under attack from Wild Boars and scared them off.[1] His first response was to breathe fire on the three intent to kill them, but Kennedy was able to use his own latent supernatural powers to create a shield to save them. Molung stopped his attack and demanded to know why they were in his domain, learning they sought to save the world from God. Molung then allowed the three to go on their way back home,[2] though kept updated as to Kennedy's activities.[3]
In the days following Molung's meeting with Kennedy, his fellow Patron Saint - Waangun - became aware of God's increasing power, enough to replace the prophecies written onto tablets by the ancient civilisation with new prophecies. The magical effects God was having on their space finally convinced he, Waangun and Pungun to travel out to investigate.[4] They arrived at the ruins of the artificial island to find Kennedy and God merged into a single, composite being and fighting Reform.[5] The fight changed, with Kennedy and God separating into two powerful supernatural beings. It was finally agreed between the two that they leave the Earth behind to fight elsewhere, with all three Patron Saints concurring and leaving with them.[6]
