Matt was a mercenary for the Umbrella Biohazard Countermeasure Service, who was sent in to Raccoon City on September 26, 1998 to contain the viral outbreak.
Gameplay
Matt's character skin can only be accessed through cheat devices such as GameSharks. He is a George-type character and starts with a Red Herb in his inventory.
Matt's stats are as follows:
- Movement speed similar to that of George
- Average vitality (between 2000 and 2500)
- Attack power similar to that of George
- Infection rate of 1.04% per minute
