The Molotov Cocktail which is mockingly named after the 1940s Soviet Foreign Minister Vyacheslav Mikhailovich Molotov, is the generic name for a variety of improvised incendiary weapons, also known as the petrol bomb; gasoline bomb or Molotov bomb. Simple to make, they are frequently used by rioters.
