Munich was a city in the German state of Bavaria. In 1998, the Umbrella Corporation ruined an Oktoberfest celebration in an attempt to ambush Raccoon City's surviving S.T.A.R.S. team. Chris; Jill and Barry were entirely surrounded by a zombified brass band and a carnivorous plant.[1]
