Munich was a city in the German state of Bavaria. In 1998, the Umbrella Corporation ruined an Oktoberfest celebration in an attempt to ambush Raccoon City's surviving S.T.A.R.S. team. Chris, Jill and Barry were entirely surrounded by a zombified brass band, waiting staff and a carnivorous plant.[1]
