Captain of U.B.C.S. (Umbrella Biohazard Countermeasure Service) Delta Platoon, Squad B. His mission survival rate approaches that of Hunk (USS: Umbrella Security Service), and the two are considered to be rivals.
During the Civilian Rescue Operation in Raccoon City he assigned to monitor the interactions between the B.O.W.s (Bio-Organic Weapons) and other members of the U.B.C.S., but in order to increase his own reward he decided to murder the other monitors and steal their data. He also attempted to claim a bounty that had been placed on Jill's head.
