Old Court was a district in or around Raccoon City. The #1 train in the Kite Bros. Railway service went through Old Court as part of its route.
The English version of the "Outbreak" opening scene claims that Old Court had its own football team, the "Thunders", who played against the Raccoon Sharks at the start of the outbreak. This is not present in the Japanese script.
