The Old House was a building on the Baker ranch in Louisiana. As its name indicates it was the original home of the family, or at least the oldest standing structure.
History[]
The Old House dates back to as early as 1802, based on a painting in the entrance hall. It remained the primary residence of its owners until Jack Baker oversaw construction of the Main House as a new home for his family. The old house was badly damaged in October 2014 following a hurricane,[1] and repairs were still not completed in 2017 due to the Bakers' loss of control to Eveline.
Due to Eveline's control of the family, Marguerite Baker used the Old House to house a "shrine", which holds the D-Series Arm, and her insects. It is currently abandoned after Marguerite's death along with the rest of her family, with the exception of Zoe and Joe Baker.
