The Panel Opener is a key item in Resident Evil 0. It appears a standard floor panel opener.
Purpose
It is used in the first floor of the Dining car to pull up a panel to allow access to the Cargo compartment.
Location
The Panel Opener is located in the Saloon car and will only spawn after the battle with the Stinger.
