The Raccoon City Nuclear Plant was a power station located in the American city of Raccoon City.
History
The power plant was destroyed by an atomic bomb in September 2002 in the Umbrella Corporation's final attempt to sterilise the region of the escaped T-virus. The city's destruction was later blamed on an accident at the nuclear plant as part of the elaborate cover-up.
