S.T.A.R.S. Bravo Team member. Position: RS (Rear Security). Rebecca is an expert chemist and is mostly responsible for the health of the team.
Despite her young age, she has a superior understanding of chemistry, and graduated from university at the top of her class when she was only 18. Her talent was further validated when she was selected as part of the elite S.T.A.R.S. force.
While she appears to be relatively capable under pressure, Rebecca does lack experience, which can be seen in her occasional indecisiveness among other indicators.
Her very first assignment is to investigate the bizarre incidents in Raccoon Forest, in what would come to reveal itself as the very origin of all other events.

行動派で多少のことでは動じない度胸の持ち主だが、実戦経験が浅いためか、大胆な行動に出るかと思えば、慣れない状況に躊躇するなど、未熟な部分を見せることもある。
後にすべての始まりとされるラクーンフォレストで発生した猟奇事件の実態調査が彼女の初出動となる。
