Regina is an American agent for S.O.R.T., a covert special operations team. She was caught up in an incident involving interdimensional Quakes.[1]
Biography[]
In the year 20XX, Regina received orders to board an Umbrella cruise ship identical to the recently-lost Spencer Rain. The government suspected Shadaloo to have access to Third Energy data, and sent her on a trip to Japan to retrieve it. During the cruise, the t-Virus was leaked onboard and Zombies began to infest the ship. She was met with Bruce McGivern of USSTRATCOM, Chinese agent Fong Ling, and martial artists Kazami Jin, Ken Masters, and Ryu, who were all intent on venturing to Japan for connected reasons.
