Richard Waugh is a Canadian actor who provided the voice of series antagonist Albert Wesker for several titles. Waugh first appeared in Resident Evil CODE:Veronica, later returning for Resident Evil 0 and Resident Evil 4.[1][2] He also provided the voice of Wesker for Wesker's Report. He modeled Wesker's voice after George Sander's voice work for Shere Khan from Disney's The Jungle Book, as his kids were watching Disney films at the time he was called in to play Wesker in CODE:Veronica.[3]
Aside from his work in the Resident Evil series, he had recurring roles in live-action television series such as F/X: The Series, RoboCop, and A Nero Wolfe Mystery.
