Robin Shou is a Hong Kong-born martial artist and an actor in the United States. He trained Milla Jovovich for her role as Alice in the first Resident Evil film. Shou also worked alongside Director Paul W. S. Anderson in several other films, including the 2006 film DOA: Dead or Alive, based on the popular Tecmo videogame series under the same title, and the 2008 film Death Race. He is better known for his roles in such films as Mortal Kombat (released in 1995) as Liu Kang, which was also directed by Paul W. S. Anderson, and the Chris Farley comedy Beverly Hills Ninja, which was released in 1997.
