Former Soviet colonel. Dedicated to Spencer's ideals, he commands an elite unit pledged to defend Umbrella's interests. He is also one of the few people with perfect viral adaptability, a trait thought to be as rare as one in 10 million. He worked on T-A.L.O.S. in the Raccoon City underground laboratory until he transferred to the Caucasus laboratory of Umbrella's Russian branch.
(T-A.L.O.S.: Tyrant-Armored Lethal Organic System, a Tyrant that can be completely controlled using the processor embedded in its brain. Its body is armored with a special alloy for greatly increased resistance to heavy weapon fire.)

※T-A.L.O.S.(テイロス)：Tyrant-Armored Lethal Organic System（タイラント装甲化、致死的制圧、生体システム）の略。タイラントをベースに脳にはコンピュータチップを埋め込み完全コントロール。体表は特殊合金装甲され重火器の残存性を飛躍的に向上させた。
