Sierra Nevada is a mountain range in the United States located stretching between the western states of Nevada and California. In the years since the Fall of Man survivors gained control of a US Air Force fuel dump encircled with razor wires. The facility was captured by Albert Wesker upon his take-over of the anti-Umbrella resistance, and its fuel transported to various defended bases across North America to maintain air travel .
