Tetsuya Shibata (柴田徹也,shibata tetsuya?) is a Japanese musician presently running Unique Note, a third-party studio that composes music for video games and anime. He formerly worked for Capcom where, among other titles, he worked on the score to Resident Evil Outbreak.
