The Longest Elevator is a piece of music composed for Resident Evil 6. It was released as the 28th track on disc 2 of the BIOHAZARD 6 ORIGINAL SOUNDTRACK, and was composed by Akihiko Narita of Capcom's in-house sound team, Suleputer. It is 01:46 long.[1]
Music information[]
Narita composed The Longest Elevator to use a string-based melody that would give the feeling of confidence. It was re-arranged for "Entrust Oneself to the Future".[excerpt 1]
Like all music for Resident Evil 6, the recording in the album and game was performed by the Sydney Scoring Orchestra.[2]
In-game usage[]
The track only appears in the cutscene, "The Longest Elevator", which plays at the start of Chris Chapter 5.
