I found this book in Resident Evil 4, Resident Evil Remake and Resident Evil Revelations, and I bet that we can found in others RE games. Someone knows if this is a easter egg or something?

I managed to take a screen shot of it in Revelations. It does seem to be the same book. I would assume its just developers reusing assets but it is weird the book got used in games released so many years apart. Pretty nice find anon! Very interesting.

Remake: Right next to one of those "GC" that you use the MO Disks. You can find it in multiple areas, guardhouse mostily.
Revelations: On the ground mixed with other books, next to the panoramic windows, in the area that you fight against Draghignazzo.Â

Reminds me of English heraldry - a motto at the bottom; shield in the middle and some fancy stylization at the top (helm, crest, etc.).
They certainly have a thing for re-using "Trish"-brand vending machines...
Yep, Outbreak's full of those then we see it again in revelations. (I should note the one in revelations has an updated logo font though.)
