Toshiyuki Morikawa is a Japanese voice actor who is the head of Axlone, a voice acting company he founded in April 2011. He provided the voice of Leon Scott Kennedy in the Japanese versions of Biohazard: Operation Raccoon City,[1] Biohazard: Damnation; Biohazard 6; Project ✕ Zone 2 and Resident Evil: Retribution.
He is well known in voicing as Minato Namikaze in the Naruto series and Sephiroth in the Final Fantasy series.
