Toshiyuki Morikawa (森川智之 Morikawa Toshiyuki) is a Japanese voice actor who is the head of Axlone, a voice acting company he founded in April 2011. He provided the voice of Leon Scott Kennedy in the Japanese versions of Biohazard: Operation Raccoon City,[1] Biohazard: Damnation,[2] Biohazard 6,[3] Project ✕ Zone 2, Resident Evil: Retribution,[4] BIOHAZARD RE:2, BIOHAZARD：Infinite Darkness,[5] and BIOHAZARD RE:4.[6][7]
He is well known for voicing Minato Namikaze in the Naruto series, Sephiroth in the 7th installment of Final Fantasy series and Dante in the Devil May Cry series.
