The Treatment Plant Key is necessary for infiltrating the Incineration Disposal Plant P-12A's control room. There are two copies of this key available; the only difference is that one has a barcode attached to the keychain. The barcoded key can be used to unlock a cabinet containing a Rocket Launcher.[1]
