Tyler Howard was a US government agent who was caught up in the events at Philosophy University. He was the son of Dr. Liam Howard, a former Umbrella researcher.[1]
Biography[]
At the beginning of the 21st century, Tyler Howard was a police officer, likely based in Minnesota. In 2005 he experienced the Rochester incident first-hand and was conscripted into a secret taskforce within USSTRATCOM used for anti-bioterrorism activities. In 2010 he was sent to Western Australia to investigate Philosophy University.
